Backyard Glamping Sleepover Party
Our signature Backyard Glamping Birthday Party experience for boys and girls of all ages.
This is our most popular option, especially with a movie projector. With all bedding, lights and decorations supplied it really is the easiest way to host a slumber party and is great value.
All tents are waterproof and we only use proper foam mattresses, not blow-up beds.

How it Works
A Backyard Glamping party is the easiest birthday party you'll ever host. Families always tell us the best thing was how it made everything so stress-free. There's also something about the bell tent that kids gravitate towards - they just want to be in there, making it the perfect way to host groups of children.
Sleepovers with a projector are our most popular parties, as you get a full night of value while the projector provides a focus for the night's activities. For parents, these are the easiest parties because it's all about the tent, so there's less disruption to your home and family.

Our parties are not simple off-the-shelf events so we don't just ask you to book online and leave it at that. We take pride in our personal service so you get the right tent, the right party and the right colour scheme for you so your event is a success. That's why the next step is to get in touch using our webform, email or telephone to discuss the dates, guest numbers and colour scheme.
Once everything's right we'll send you an invoice that asks you to confirm your date with a $100 deposit. The remainder is due the week before your party.
On the Wednesday night before your event we'll send you an email advising our arrival time at your house. If you need us at a particular time please let us know, otherwise it depends on the geography of all our parties - we go all over Sydney! Sleepovers and movie nights are guaranteed to be ready for you by 3pm. Day parties are set up in the morning.
Setup takes between 45 mins and 1.5 hours. We ask to use your driveway if you have one and for reasonable yard access.
Once you have the tent it's yours to do as you wish. If you had a movie night but the guests are going home feel free to have a family sleepout in the tent or let the siblings stay in it! We love hearing that you made the most of your time with the tent - that's what memories are made of!
Pack-ups start from 11 am the next day. Assuming nothing's broken, you receive your $150 security bond back ($200 if you had a projector) the week after your party, by either bank transfer or credit card refund.
