Do you remember the first time you camped? Did you ever sleep out in the backyard with your friends or family, just for fun? We want to help you create those magical memories for your own children.
During 22 years of professional international nannying Buone Notti's founder and director Rebekah Sammut went to a LOT of children's parties! Over all those years she noticed a few changes: kids are spending more and more of their time indoors - on devices, sheltered from the world. They're missing the chance to create those memories we have of those crazy pre-iPad days (remember them?)
Indoor play centres, laser tag, slot cars, craft parties: they're all great ideas for kids' birthdays (her own son - and husband - particularly enjoyed the slot car party) but playing outside has become the exception and children are missing out on vital opportunities to grow their independence and friendships while enjoying our beautiful Australian weather and outdoors.
Thus in 2018 Buone Notti Glamping Parties was born.
In 2021 Rebekah expanded business to Perth with Heather, Andy and David at the helm. We're so pleased they're bringing our unique Glamping Party experiences to all of you lovely people on the west coast because we know that sleepovers are a great way to build independence and form friendship bonds - plus they are LOTS of fun!!

Frequently Asked Questions
I'M NOT SURE IF MY BACKYARD WILL FIT ONE OF YOUR AWESOME TENTS?
Generally speaking, we need a space that's a metre wider than the diameter of the tent. That is, 5m x 5m for our 4m tent, 5.5m x 5.5m for our 4.5m tent and 6m x 6m for our 5 metre tents. We can accomodate smaller spaces depending on your area so please get in touch if you're not sure. If you'd like to send us your address we can measure it on Google Maps, or get out the old-fashioned measuring tape or send the kids out the back with the trundle wheel!
MY BACKYARD ISN'T FLAT, CAN YOU LANDSCAPE IT FOR ME?
Sorry, I just had a manicure. Just kidding, but the bulldozer doesn't fit in the Buone Notti van, so we really need the ground to be reasonably level. We can smooth it out with foam mats under the tent, but if it's really slanted we might not be for you, sorry. Send us some pictures and we'll let you know.
I DON'T HAVE MUCH GRASS, CAN YOU SET UP ON MY DECK OR PAVERS?
We need a base of earth to insert the pegs that hold the tent. We might be able to make it work, but you'll need at least most of the area to be grass. We'd need to see some pictures of the area and sorry, it will cost a bit more.
CAN YOU SET UP IN A PARK OR CAMPGROUND?
Although our core business is to set up in your backyard, we're happy to set up anywhere there's room and we have permission. It's up to you to arrange council permits or find the campground. Please note that for park setups the council must agree to us putting the tent pegs into the ground - the tent cannot be erected without the pegs being inserted into the ground.
CAN YOU PITCH THE TENT INSIDE?
The centre pole is 2.5m to 3m high and the tent pegs do have to drive into the ground. It's not an inside tent, sorry.
CAN YOU DO A BRANDED THEME PARTY, LIKE BARBIE OR MARVEL?
We don't do branded themes, no. We work with colour schemes. Just drop us a line to talk about what you like and make sure to check out the pictures on this website and our Instagram account for inspiration.
IT'S WINTER, IT'S TOO COLD TO CAMP!
Well it's not exactly Everest Base Camp out there! But we hear you - the worst feedback we could get from your kids is that they were cold and miserable. So we go the extra mile to ensure they're warm and snug. The reason you get cold in a tent overnight is that the earth cools and it comes through the bottom of the tent. Then if you're using air mattresses, the air in them gets cold and you just can't stay warm! As well as providing doonas and blankets we make sure we properly insulate the floor with beautiful, thick rugs and we've spared no expense in buying the highest quality mattresses that help retain heat. Quite simply: if the kids get cold, we go out of business. We don't want that.
WON'T THE LITTLE DARLINGS GET WET?
Don't worry, the tents are waterproof. In fact, it's lovely to sleep in there with the pitter patter of rain falling on the tent.
DO YOU WASH THE SHEETS AFTER EACH PARTY?
Yes, everything is fully laundered after each use.
DO YOU STAY THE NIGHT?
No. We bring everything and set it up, then leave you to have your party. The next day we'll come back and take everything away for you.
WHY DON'T YOU HAVE A CALENDAR WHERE I CAN BOOK MY PARTY DATE?
We need to talk to you to ensure you have a suitable space for the tent and so we can choose your colour scheme.
YOUR WEBSITE IS AWESOME, BUT I WANT MORE!

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT TERMS?
Oh yeah, this is the boring bit: we require a $100 deposit to secure your booking, There is also a $150 bond ($200 if you're hiring the projector) that we'll give you back straight away after the party as long as nothing's broken. Lastly, please settle the balance of your invoice 7 days before your party. No booking is confirmed until the deposit is paid.
WHAT INSURANCE AND CERTIFICATIONS DO YOU HOLD?
We hold Public Liability Insurance to the value of AUD$20m. We have our Working with Children and criminal record checks. We are happy to provide copies of these to you on request.
